Batter Plate Support Block Fenders

Batter plate support block fenders are made of reinforced rubber materials. The rubber laminates are compressed onto steel rods and end steel plate structures. These fenders are considerably durable and resistant against tearing and cracking. They are generally designed to be installed on block walls by welding or bolting. Due to the end steel plate structures, the UHMW faced steel batter plate can be mounted onto these fenders, which forms a fender system. In this way, the fender system can provide better protection to the dock structures and also to the berthing vessels. They can be used as economical alternative to large extruded/ molded rubber fenders.
